The best exercise for reducing butt cellulite

You don’t need any equipment for this exercise, just lie down on the floor and start, naturally making sure to do it correctly… It’s the best way to a cellulite-free butt this summer.

Summer vacations are just around the corner, and most women struggle with cellulite in the buttock area.

How to look perfect this summer at the beach?

How to perform it:

  1. Lie on the ground, place your hands on the floor and lift one leg, then lift your butt up with the weight of the other.
  2. Pull your stomach in as much as you can.
  3. Try to form a straight line with your body from your shoulders to your knees.
  4. Your leg should be elevated at all times.
  5. Then, return to the starting position, keeping your butt lifted, then switch legs.
  6. Do 3 sets of 10 reps on both legs.

Of course, don’t expect that exercise can do magic overnight if you already have a lot of accumulated cellulite, but it’s worth a try, there will be an improvement either way.
