This dairy-free smoothie serves well at breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced cantaloupe
  • ½ cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1 small banana or ½ medium banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
