Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
