Juice Burn Fat Pineapple Lemon and Ginger

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1-2 cups of water or coconut water (depending on preferred consistency)
  • Optional: a few ice cubes

  2. Grate the ginger.
  3. Juice the lemon to obtain its juice.
  4. In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, grated ginger, lemon juice, and water.
  5. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more water.
  6. Taste and adjust the flavor if necessary by adding more lemon juice or ginger.
  7. If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the juice cold.
  8. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
