Two yoga postures for easing “female” stomach ache

In addition to easing cramping in the stomach, yoga also eases headaches, anxiety, and other symptoms that could appear during the next few days.

Beginners are able to perform both yoga poses in about five minutes.

Pose 1 

The “bound angle” stance can boost your energy while also stimulating your digestive system. Simply hold this position for two to three minutes while taking deep breaths.

Pose 2

It is advised that you practice the pose while lying down with your legs together in the shape of a triangle because the stress that menstruation might bring on can further increase tension.

Because it relaxes every muscle in the body, it helps with pain, exhaustion, insomnia, and headaches.
