You can do these exercises anywhere – in your living room or bedroom, or outside in a park.

Plank
Whether you do the simplest plank or the side plank, this exercise activates and helps tone all the muscles.
Start with 30 seconds and gradually increase the duration of the exercise.
Push-ups
The well-known push-ups cannot but be mentioned in these exercises. They tighten the stomach and activate the muscles of the entire arm.
Start with about 10 repetitions in 2-3 sets and gradually increase the number of repetitions.
Squats
The most effective exercise for well-shaped legs and buttocks.
Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions each day and watch the results come by themselves.
“Jumping Jacks”
Finish your workout with this exercise that will shake you up and fill you with energy.
If you are not in great shape, start with 15 repetitions in three sets, then gradually increase the number of repetitions.
