Ingredients needed:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Method of preparation:

  • Mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Add the two eggs to them and combine the mixture with a hand whisk.
  • Add the cocoa and baking powder, then mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place the mixture in a 16x16cm baking dish.
  • Sprinkle some grated chocolate on top.
  • Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
