If you chronically lack energy (even though you are well-rested and healthy), think about how much fluids you take in and what drinks you consume during the day.
Many of the juices you drink may have hidden sugars, some act on increased dehydration of the body, and some increase the level of sugar in the blood, but also quickly reduce it.
Replace unhealthy drinks with much healthier drinks that are dominated by only good ingredients that are essential to you.
In the following, we have selected three healthy drinks for you that will significantly increase your energy:
Lemonade with fresh cucumbers
- Peel one cucumber and blend it in a blender, and cut the other into circles.
- Squeeze juice from one large lemon and one lime.
- Put the cucumber, lemon and lime juice in a jug and add a large spoonful of honey.
- Finally, fill the jug with water and enjoy the drink.
Energy bomb
- Squeeze four lemons and one lime, and add honey to the solution.
- When combined, add water and one deciliter of mint tea.
- Drink this drink during the day and believe it or not – it will be a great energy booster.
A drink full of vitamin C
- Boil one liter of water and squeeze one lemon. If you have an organic lemon, grate the rind.
- Add a spoonful of natural sugar (or honey) and stir until dissolved.
- Remove the water from the stove and add the pineapple compote (you can blend the pineapple).
- When everything cools down, you can serve.
