Tibetan garlic medicine, with a history of over 5,000 years and attributed to Buddhist monks, is celebrated for its body-cleansing properties and health advantages. Garlic is renowned as a natural antibiotic capable of preventing and treating various infections and health issues, such as colds, bladder inflammation, allergies, and digestive problems. It contains fructosans and adenosine, which enhance overall health by positively impacting blood flow, blood pressure, and the lymphatic system. Furthermore, garlic is rich in sulfur, magnesium, and trace elements such as selenium, iron, copper, iodine, and manganese, which help combat cellular aging.

This ancient Tibetan remedy is recommended for use once every 5 years and is a potent health treatment. Its primary ingredient is garlic, which contains allicin, a potent antimicrobial agent that shields against viruses, fungi, parasites, and even possesses anti-cancer properties.

Here’s the recipe for Tibetan garlic medicine:

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces (about 1.5 cups) of garlic
  • 6.76 fluid ounces (200 ml) of 95% alcohol (or rum, ensuring it doesn’t contain methanol or benzalkonium chloride)

Instructions:

1. Clean and crush the garlic.
2. Mix the crushed garlic with alcohol and place the mixture in a sealable glass container or bottle.
3. Allow the garlic to soak in the alcohol for 10 days.
4. After 10 days, strain the mixture and return it to the fridge for an additional two days.

How to Use Tibetan Garlic Medicine:

This highly effective mixture should not be taken for more than 12 consecutive days, and it should be consumed in a specific manner:

Day 1:
1 drop before breakfast
2 drops before lunch
3 drops before dinner

Day 2:
4 drops before breakfast
5 drops before lunch
3 drops before dinner

Day 3:
7 drops before breakfast
8 drops before lunch
9 drops before dinner

Day 4:
10 drops before breakfast
11 drops before lunch
12 drops before dinner

Day 5:
13 drops before breakfast
14 drops before lunch
15 drops before dinner

Day 6:
15 drops before breakfast
14 drops before lunch
13 drops before dinner

Day 7:
12 drops before breakfast
11 drops before lunch
10 drops before dinner

Day 8:
9 drops before breakfast
8 drops before lunch
7 drops before dinner

Day 9:
6 drops before breakfast
5 drops before lunch
4 drops before dinner

Day 10:
3 drops before breakfast
2 drops before lunch
1 drop before dinner

From the 11th day onward, take 25 drops three times a day, but do not exceed 12 consecutive days. It is believed, according to the original Tibetan records, that you should wait 5 years before repeating this treatment, although the specific reasons for this recommendation are not disclosed.

During the treatment, you may experience certain detoxification symptoms such as skin rashes, dizziness, and headaches, but these are normal and should subside after a few days. It’s advisable to drink plenty of water throughout the treatment.
