Two yoga postures for easing “female” stomach ache

Pose 2

It is advised that you practice the pose while lying down with your legs together in the shape of a triangle because the stress that menstruation might bring on can further increase tension.

Because it relaxes every muscle in the body, it helps with pain, exhaustion, insomnia, and headaches.
