Now that summer has arrived, you’re undoubtedly beginning to consider decreasing weight. You can modify the diet and create a lighter version if you simply need to lose a few extra pounds.

Monday

Breakfast consists of two biscuits, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea, and an orange (or any other fruit besides banana).

Orange, boiled egg, and sour milk for lunch

2 tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, and half a lettuce for dinner

Tuesday

Breakfast consists of one piece of fruit, two biscuits, and a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of coffee or tea, and 1 sour milk

125 grams of minced meat, one tomato, one orange, and one biscuit for dinner

Wednesday

Breakfast consists of one piece of fruit, two biscuits, and a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 glass of tart milk, and 1 lettuce

Dinner: one tomato, one orange, and 125 grams of minced meat with a cup of coffee or tea.

Thursday

Breakfast consists of one piece of fruit, two biscuits, and a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

125 grams of young cheese, an orange, and a cracker for lunch

Dinner includes 1 double-bread, 2 tomatoes, 1 apple, and 125 grams of minced beef.

Friday

Breakfast consists of one piece of fruit, two biscuits, and a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

200 g of roasted meat or fish, 1 tomato, and 1 double-bread for lunch

Dinner will consist of 500 grams of boiled or roasted vegetables (cauliflower, carrots).

*** Eat regularly on the weekends.

Further advice

  • You can add some veggies to the meat as a seasoning.
  • You will drop 3 to 5 kg within the first five days, followed by a quick weight loss.
  • Repetition of the diet three times.
  • It’s not crucial if the meal is hot or cold; rather, it’s necessary to eat it in the right order.
  • Don’t consume alcohol either.
  • Eat regularly when you reach your target weight, but avoid sugary drinks, sweets, and fast food to keep it off.
