It is a massage that you should do twice a day. It aims to do internal exercises and movements in the stomach and helps with detoxification.
Understand that this method is not magic and will make the belly disappear by itself, but you need to combine it with proper diet and activities. Lying on the couch and massaging yourself won’t make you lose weight.
Avoid using this technique if:
- You have just eaten a large meal
- If you have inflammation of the urinary tract or kidney stones

Instructions:
Lie on your back, on a flat surface.
Warm your hands by rubbing them together.
Place one hand on the navel.
Start gently pressing and making clockwise circles around the navel. Then gradually increase the circles. You should do each round from 1 to 2 seconds.
Do this for 2 minutes, ie do about 40-50 rounds.
It is important that your stomach is warm while doing the massage.
