This blueberry water recipe infuses crystal-clear, cool, and refreshing water with fresh or frozen blueberries, lemons, and a touch of thyme.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 lemon slices
- 1 thyme sprig
- 4 cups water
- ice (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the blueberries, lemon slices, and thyme sprig to a pitcher or mason jar.
- With a wooden spoon, slightly mash the ingredients.
- Add the water and ice (if using). Place in the refrigerator and leave it there for at least one hour to allow the flavors to infuse the water. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight.
- Store the blueberry water in the fridge and consume within 24 hours.
