Fat Burning Juice Pineapple Lemon and Ginger

Here is the recipe for pineapple lemon and ginger fat-burning juice, a tasty light slimming juice without sugar, easy to make and perfect for burning fat.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of very ripe pineapple about 100 g
  • The juice of a lime
  • 1 cm ginger root
  • 100ml water

Preparation

  1. In a blender put the pineapple, lemon juice and ginger then blend well.
  2. Add the water and mix everything together.
  3. Then pour the fat-burning juice into a glass and enjoy.
