A salad of carrot sticks with cumin, an original, quick and inexpensive recipe.
Ingredients
- 400g carrots
- Cumin
Preparation
- Peel your carrots and cook them in salted water.
- Once cooked, let cool.
- Cut your carrots lengthwise in half, then into quarters and then into sticks.
- Put your sticks in a salad bowl, add a little olive oil, a teaspoon of cumin and parsley. Your salad is ready!
- You can accompany it with meat, fish or eat it as is.
