Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon nettle seeds (make sure they are safe for consumption and consult with a healthcare professional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
  • Handful of mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, and/or pistachios)
  • 1 cup water or coconut water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the chopped beetroot, nettle seeds, lemon juice, honey, and mixed nuts in a blender.
  2. Add water or coconut water to achieve your desired consistency.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. If you prefer a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
