So, today I’ll be sharing a foolproof, HEALTHY banana pancakes recipe! It’s simple, it’s tasty, and it’s going to absolutely rock your socks off with how healthy it is. (No added sugar, and gluten and grain free!)
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop Super Youth collagen, unflavored
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Blueberries & maple syrup for topping
Steps
- Mix all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the batter onto a skillet preheated over medium heat until the batter creates circles about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Once the batter starts to bubble or until golden brown, flip them over using a spatula.
- Plate and top with fresh banana slices, blueberries, and maple syrup
