Jamie Oliver’s salad, super delicious
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp sugar, white
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper, black
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 120 ml mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or light balsamic
- 1 m.-sized onion
- 120 ml sweet cream
Preparation
1. First, clean the white cabbage and peel the carrot. Grate the white cabbage and carrot with a vegetable grater into pieces the size of a grain of rice. Then peel the onion, chop finely but do not grate.
2.Now put the white cabbage, carrot and all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours and season and mix with sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and cream before serving.
3. The salad can also be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge. It lasts for a few days and tastes very good with grilled food. Complete!
