Japanese banana diet: little restrictions, lots of fat burned, and controlled metabolism

You must consume one banana at breakfast. Every morning, a maximum of 4 bananas are permitted.

The main requirement of the Japanese banana diet is complete abstinence from alcohol.

A maximum of two cups of coffee, naturally unsweetened and without milk, may be consumed each day.

Eat some dark chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa no later than 3 p.m. if you can’t help yourself.

Pop your popcorn with a small bit of salt and oil if you want saltier snacks.

Even though it would be great to avoid eating after 6:00 p.m., take your last meal no later than 8:00 p.m.
