How to be in shape before the start of summer:
1.Hip lift
Hold the position in which your hips and buttocks are raised for 10 seconds.
Then descend to the ground once more.
Do two sets of 10 repetitions.
2. Using straight arms when lifting weights
Lift the weights above, shoulder-width apart, at the maximum weight you are capable of lifting.
Ten seconds should be held in that position before lowering.
Repeat two 12-time sets.
3. rope-jumping
Jumping rope exercises can be completed in two to three sets of ten revolutions.
4. Squats while stepping
To get the desired effects, step squats must be done as shown in the picture, with the legs bent at a 90-degree angle.
Perform two 10-rep sets.
5. Lying down, elevate your legs
You must lift your legs off the floor so that they are 90 degrees apart while lying flat.
Start with 1 set of 12 repetitions, then progressively up the number of sets as your stamina allows.
