Almonds are rich in vitamin E, which is referred to as the vitamin of fertility. In addition, they contain magnesium, potassium, zinc.
They contain a substance called amygdalin and therefore one should not overdo their consumption. It is best to consume 4 or 5 seeds per day. It is recommended to put 4 almonds and soak them in a glass of water, then leave them overnight.
Drink the liquid in the morning, peel the seeds and eat them. Practice this from time to time. You can also use bitter almond/apricot seeds.
