It’s not always necessary to pant and perspire in order to exercise effectively or at the very least stretch.

The passive exercises that are listed here have great results and are perfect for lazy or self-care days.

Simply stretch the appropriate muscles while remaining in one position, no need to get up or do any particular exercises.

As long as you can, hold each position for 30 to 2 minutes before switching sides.
