Ingredients:
• 400 grams of chickpeas, drained
• Parsley
• Coriander
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tsp of ground cumin
• 1 tsp of chili powder
• Drizzle of sesame oil
• Juice of half a lime
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• Vegetable oil for frying
• Salt
• Pepper
Instructions:
Chop the red onion and garlic.
Place the chickpeas, parsley, coriander, cumin, chili powder, sesame oil, lime juice, and plain flour in a food processor.
Blend until finely chopped.
Roll into balls.
Fry the balls for 3 minutes.
Serve with pitta bread and dip.
