Ingredients:

• 2 medium-sized carrots
• Ginger
• Water
• Juice of 1 lime
• Brown sugar

Instructions:

This recipe takes 5 minutes to make. Serves 1 to 2.

  • Peel and roughly chop carrots.
  • Chop ginger with the skin intact.
  • Place the carrots and ginger in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Place a strainer over a jug or bowl.
  • Pour the mixture through a strainer to remove the carrot pulp.
  • Add lime juice and stir well.
  • Pour the juice into a glass.
  • Add brown sugar to taste.
  • Serve with ice.
