Polar Bear Paws Fudge is a caramel and fudge recipe. It’s like a Polar Bear Paws but in fudge form – white chocolate fudge with caramel and cashews. It’s super easy to make, ridiculously rich, delicious, and only takes 5 minutes to make.

Polar Bear Paws Fudge is a perfect treat for the holiday season. The combination of creamy white chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy cashews creates an irresistible flavor that will leave you wanting more. This white chocolate fudge recipe is so simple to make; it’s an excellent option for those strapped for time who want to impress their guests with a homemade treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 22 ounces white chocolate chips 2 bags
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 11 ounces Caramels unwrapped
  • 4 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream divided
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped cashews
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper. You can spray the pan with cooking spray to help the parchment paper stick to the pan. You may also use tin foil sprayed with cooking oil for easy removal.
  • Chop Cashews: Give your cashews a rough chop, making sure not to go overboard. Leave some more significant chunks for that extra crunch.
  • Make the White Chocolate Fudge: In a medium microwavable mixing bowl, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Stir together and place in the microwave, and heat for 90 seconds. Immediately remove and beat together until smooth.
  • Make the caramel: In a small microwavable bowl, add the unwrapped caramels and 1 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the caramels are melted and smooth.
  • Make your fudge layers: Pour 1/2 of your white chocolate fudge at the bottom of the prepared pan. Then top with 1/2 of the caramel by dropping the caramel in spoonfuls on top of the white chocolate fudge. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the cashews. Repeat layers; add white chocolate, then caramel and remaining cashews. Swirl it with a butter knife, ensuring you do not mix the caramel into the white chocolate. We’re going for that cool marble effect, you know?
  • Chill your fudge: Now wrap your fudge pan with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours or until set.
